Forty boxes across two covered blocks- let a s unit
COVERED & OPEN
23 boxes across two covered stables and 17 outside boxes over two open patios. Behind them, everything the yard needs: four tack rooms, four feed rooms, storage for competition and travel equipment, and a laundry for rugs and wraps.
OUTDOOR & COVERED
A 145×65 outdoor arena with ebb-and-flow footing, a 20×40 covered school for the grey days, and an 18-metre lunge ring. Kept dragged and ready; used on assigned turnos so the yard stays calm.
Paddocks and the horse walker
Twenty paddocks running toward the tree line, overlooking the forest and the pista. Turnout by rota, and a six-horse walker for the yard’s steady work.
FROM THE GATE
Forest trails from the back gate, across the river and all the way to Villanueva de la Cañada. Mostly it’s just the horses and the forest. And the occasional bicycle.
A place worth keeping.
Some places ask something of you before they give anything back. Inside a protected park, we hold the land to the standard it deserves — and ask the same of those who keep horses here. El Jaral was never meant to be an ordinary yard. Its worth reveals itself slowly, to those who value the quiet, the calm, and the nature around it — and the gate opens only for them.
Shall we show you around?
Write to us with a little of what you have in mind. We reply the same day, and would be glad to show you the estate in person.
